Wedding Guest Itinerary

FRIDAY
• Hotel check-in at 3 PM. Early check-in possible. Jake and I will be there around 12-1 PM.
• 4-7 PM Ebar Happy Hour. Enjoy ½ off appetizers, $6 grey goose martinis, and $3 draft beers.
• 5:30-7:30 PM Manager’s Reception for hotel guests. Complementary beer, wine, and spirits.
• 8 PM Meet the wedding party at the bar to mingle.

SATURDAY
• 3:55 PM Bus service to Radnor Hunt departs.
• 4:30 PM Ceremony begins.
• 5-6 PM Cocktail hour. Enjoy.
• 6-10 PM Reception.
• 10 PM Reception Ends. Shuttle service back to Embassy Suites and E-Bar. Bar will remain open until 2 AM. All guests are invited to attend.

SUNDAY
• Brunch will be provided at hotel restaurant. Made-to-Order breakfast and buffet service until 11 AM. Thereafter, a deluxe continental spread will be available until noon.
• Check out is at noon.
• After the Embassy Suites, you are welcome to join us again at our home in Philadelphia. We will have a BBQ ongoing from that afternoon into the evening. 3220 W Penn St, Philadelphia, PA 19129

MONDAY
We leave for Dominican Republic in the morning!

Transportation Options

A few of you started asking about travel arrangements for the weekend of the wedding. I don't think it's necessary to rent a car as we will provide transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue. However, you will need to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off. Since a lot of people are traveling, I was hoping that people might be able to carpool or share rentals.
